Callie is a rockin' & rollin' girl these days! She's been on her hands & knees several times when I've gone to get her out of the bed, but over the weekend, she's been rockin' like crazy! She scoots all around, and gets on her hands & knees and rocks, rocks, rocks. It's so cute, and so funny! We keep telling her brothers to watch out! She's going to be on the move soon!

Here are our baseball boys... suited up & ready to go!
Hudson is in his 2nd season of T-ball. He's loving it, and his skills have really improved from last season. He pays attention a lot more (ha!), he's getting some good hits without the tee, and is even playing catcher some (yes, with all the gear on, too... gotta get some pics of that!). In fact, in this game, Hudson got two really good hits without the tee. They were playing their toughest opponent yet, and won by one point. We are very proud of him!
Cade is getting to play T-ball for the 1st time this year! He is so excited to be playing baseball like his older brother. He is playing in a different league in a different town, so we are split sometimes, but we're hoping the two of them will get one season together next year. Cade is having so much fun! He plays the field in his "baseball ready" position, and hits & runs very hard! We are very proud of Cade, too!

Cousin Mia turned four-years-old on March 28, and had a party with family & friends this past weekend. Howie & Hudson went, and had a super-great time! Here are some pictures of all the fun!
Here's the beautiful birthday girl, Mia! Her hair has gotten so long since I've seen her! Wow!
Looks like she had an awesome time at her party!
This is Mia's brother, Eli. He's such a sweet boy! And he's getting taller!
Maddox enjoyed the party, too!
There was even some face-painting going on...
HAPPY 4th BIRTHDAY, MIA!
Hope your days were very special!

Yes, our little-man, Cade, needed to have his tonsils out at age three. Poor fella has been sick basically every winter of his life... at age one, we did tubes in both ears... at age two, we did tubes again and removed his enlarged adenoids... now, at age three, we're removing huge-mongous tonsils!
Here he is before surgery... happy as a little bird! Bless his heart, he had no idea what was coming (& neither did we!).
"Boppy" and the hospital teddy bear went with him to surgery & were with him waking up. He did really well during surgery, but didn't really want to wake up afterwards. :) When we were moved from recovery into a regular room, I carried him in my lap while we were pushed in a wheelchair. He had to stay the night due to his age. It's a good thing, too, because he didn't want to swallow ANYTHING the first 24 hours.
Here he is after surgery. They started him on IV medication in his room, including steroids (yuck!). Look at his color... he got so hot & red when he started the medicine! Notice the blown-out cheeks, too... He didn't even want to swallow his own spit! He'd hold it in his mouth as long as he could, then sometimes swallow a little or let it drool out! :( I felt so sorry for him!
Howie stayed the night with Cade at the hospital. After about 5:00 am the next morning, he began willingly swallowing - medicine, drink, & even a little breakfast food.
After a few days at home, Cade-o began looking like his old-self again. Hooray! He's been recovering well... loving popsicles & jello & "cakesters"... and taking his medicine like a big boy! We'll be anxiously awaiting the "all is well & clear" from the doctor in a few weeks.

Callie now has two teeth! Her first came through around the 27th of March (6 mo. old). Her second came in around April 9, at 7-months-old. They are both on the bottom. She's funny running her tongue & lip over them sometime... almost like she's feeling of them & wondering what is in her mouth!
(The above picture is me attempting to get a picture of the teeth... no such luck! ha!)
Yep... 7-months-old! WOW! Callie is a growing, little girl! She is so happy, eats well, and loves her family! She is very busy. She will contort her body in any way she can to reach whatever it is she's after. You know she is sleeping when her feet are still. :) She enjoys being outside, too, and one of her favorite things to do still is crinkle her nose & "snort"!

We've had a wonderful Easter weekend, filled with lots of activities shared with our family & friends!
On Wednesday, Hudson had his Easter Egg Hunt & Easter party at preschool. Cade, Callie, and I were able to come join in all the fun with Hudson. Both the boys filled their Easter baskets during the hunt. It was a windy day, but that didn't slow anyone down! Thanks for having us TCA Preschool!
When Hudson was out of school on Friday (Good Friday), the four of us headed down to the Children's Museum with our church friends. The Children's Museum has lots of great hands-on activities. All the kids had a blast!
Saturday we spent the day visiting in Millington. We missed "G", but enjoyed our time with MawMaw, PawPaw, & Gran. We ate breakfast, shopped around for sandbox stuff, played outside on Gran & G's new swingset, ate lunch, watched a movie, and played outside some more! Phew! It was a fun-filled day!
On Easter Sunday morning, we woke up to goodies from the Easter Bunny! Hooray! Mommy had to go to church early to sing, so Daddy got everyone ready in their Easter best! All three fellows looked so handsome, and our little girl was adorable in her Easter dress from Gran. :) We went to our church, Cacki & Papa's church, ate lunch with the Via family in Bells, and played outside all afternoon at Cacki & Papa's house. It was another fun-filled day! The kids had a super time hunting Easter eggs, swinging, sliding, and digging for worms!
Thanks, everyone, for helping to make our Easter 2010 so special!
Thank you, God, for sending your Son to die for our sins, then raising him from the tomb with the promise of eternal life through Him.
